1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present:—

The following members were present:—

Deputy G. Mitchell (in the Chair), Deputies M. Ahern, Cullimore, Dennehy, McGahon, Rabbitte and Taylor.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1988.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1988 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—

Foreign Affairs, International Co-Operation.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. Noel Dorr (Secretary, Department of Foreign Affairs), Ms. L. Edwards (Department of Finance) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 1.10 p.m. until 11 a.m. 13th September, 1990.
