3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1988.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1988 was resumed. The following Account was disposed of:—

Mr. B. McDonagh (Secretary, Department of Communications) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.
