1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy de Valera (in the Chair), Deputies Governey, Griffin, Moore, C. Murphy, Pattison and Toal.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1973-74.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1973-74 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:— Valuation and Ordnance Survey, Rates on Government Property, Labour, Transport and Power.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. D. F. Ryan (Commissioner of Valuation), Mr. T. Ó Cearbhaill (Secretary, Department of Labour), Mr. D. Ó Ríordáin (Secretary, Department of Transport and Power) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 12.15 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
