1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy de Valera (in the Chair), Deputies H. Gibbons, Griffin, Mac Sharry, Moore, C. Murphy, Toal and Tunney.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1973-74.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1973-74 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:— Foreign Affairs, International Co-operation, Office of the Revenue Commissioners, Lands, Forestry.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. P. Keating (Secretary, Department of Foreign Affairs), Mr. J. C. Duignan (Chairman, Revenue Commissioners), Mr. T. O’Brien (Secretary, Department of Lands) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 1.25 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
