1. The Committee met at 3.45 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Barry Desmond (in the Chair), the Minister for Health, Deputies Byrne, Esmonde, Hugh Gibbons, Haughey, Loughnane, Ciarán Murphy, O’Connell, O’Malley and Wyse.

3. Consideration of Bill.

The Committee resumed consideration of the Bill.

(i) Section 15.

Amendment proposed (Deputy Haughey):

“In page 13, subsection (1), line 5, after ‘selling’ to insert ‘growing’.”
