3. Mr. E. F. Suttle (Comptroller and Auditor General) was in attendance in an advisory capacity.


4. Witnesses Examined.


Mr. P. Malone, Assistant Commissioner, Garda Síochána was sworn and examined in private session.


5. Mr. Malone withdrew.


6. The Committee went into public session.


7. Witnesses Examined.


Mr. Eoin Neeson, Director, Government Information Bureau, was sworn and examined.


8. Sitting Suspended.


The sitting was suspended at 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. today.


9. The Committee met again at 7 p.m.

Examination of Mr. E. Neeson was resumed.


12. Mr. Neeson withdrew.


13. The Committee went into private session.

Mr. Richard Murnane was sworn and examined in private session.


15. Mr. Murnane withdrew.
