2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Patrick Hogan (in the Chair), Deputies R. Burke, MacSharry and Nolan.

3. Mr. E. F. Suttle (Comptroller and Auditor General) was in attendance in an advisory capacity.

4. The Committee noted an interim reply* of 22nd June from Minister for Justice relating to certain files required by the Committee.

5. The Committee deliberated.

6. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 4.25 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Thursday next.
