1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Booth, J. Brennan, S. Browne, Jones and Sheldon.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1957-58.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1957-58 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:— Lands, Forestry and Fisheries.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. T. O’Brien (Secretary, Department of Lands), Mr. P. S. Mac Guill and Mr. J. Mooney (Department of Finance), and the Secretary and Director of Audit were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 12.05 p.m.
