TUARASCÁIL.

1. Tuairiscíonn an Comh-Choiste gur scrúdaíodar Brolach an Bhille agus, chun é a thabhairt ar comhréir le forála an Bhille arna leasú ag an gCoiste, gur leasaíodar é tríd an mír seo a leanas a chur leis:—

“AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the power of altering annulling revoking and abrogating the bye-laws for the regulation government and advantage of the said Corporation and its properties and affairs and for the management of the said Hospital contained in the Supplemental Charter of the 13th day of April 1886 be amended as hereinafter provided.”

2. Ghabh an Coiste tríd an mBille agus rinneadar leasú air chun a dheimhniú go dtabharfar leor-phoiblíocht d’aon leasuithe a déanfar feasta ar na fo-dhlithe.

3. Le linn dóibh bheith ag gabháil tríd an mBille bhí tuarascáil ón Ard-Aighne ar an mBille os comhair an Choiste agus bhreithníodar an tuarascáil sin.
