Deputy V. de Valera (in the Chair), the Minister for Defence, Deputies Brennan, Carter, Colley, Cowan, Davern, Gallagher, Hilliard, and MacFheorais.

3. Consideration of Bill.

The Committee resumed consideration of the Bill.

Amendment proposed (Deputy Cowan):

“To delete subsection (2).”
