THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Dé Céadaoin, 8ú Feabhra, 1950.

Wednesday, 8th February, 1950.

1. The Committee met at 3 p.m.

2. Present: Deputy Derrig (in the Chair), Deputies Coburn, Mrs. Crowley, Davern, Fitzpatrick, Kitt and M. O’Sullivan.

3. Consideration of the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1947-48 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of: Lands, Forestry, Gaeltacht Services and Athletics.

4. Mr. W. F. Nally (Secretary, Department of Lands), Gilbert Mac an Bháird (Director, Gaeltacht Services), Mr. J. Mooney and Mr. M. Breathnach (Department of Finance), and the Comptroller and Auditor-General were examined.

5. The Committee adjourned at 4.50 p.m. till Thursday, 9th February, 1950.
