1. The Select Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputy J. T. Wolfe (in the Chair), Deputies Briscoe, Conlon, Cooney, P. S. Doyle, Little, G. Wolfe and the Minister for Justice.

3. Mr. Samuel Horwich and Mr. Hyman Handleman (representing the Dublin Credit Traders’ Association) were examined.

4. The Select Committee adjourned at 1.20 p.m. till Wednesday next at 11 a.m.
