PROCEEDINGS OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE.

Wednesday, 30 April, 1930.

1. The Select Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputies Briscoe, P. S. Doyle, Mac Eoin, Little, G. Wolfe, J. T. Wolfe and the Minister for Justice.

3. The Minister for Justice moved:

“That Deputy J. T. Wolfe be Chairman of the Select Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

4. The Minister for Justice moved:

“That the Press be admitted to the meetings of the Select Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

5. Ordered, that witnesses be allowed to bring advisers, including solicitors, but that they be not heard by counsel.

6. The Select Committee adjourned at 11.30 a.m. till Wednesday, 14th May.
