IMEACHTA AN CHO-CHOISTE.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE.

1. The Joint Committee met at 12 noon.

2. Present:—Deputy Morrissey (in the Chair); Deputies Little and Ruttledge; Senators Comyn, Dowdall, Farren and Hooper.

3. Quorum.

Ordered: That the quorum be reduced to five, including at least one member of each House [Senator Comyn].

4. Mr. S. A. Roche (Assistant Secretary, Department of Justice) was called and examined.

5. The Joint Committee adjourned at 1.45 p.m. until 11 a.m. Wednesday next.
