2. Present:—Deputy Morrissey (in the Chair); Deputy Wolfe; Senators Brown, Farren, Hooper and O’Rourke.

3. Mr. S. A. Roche was further examined.

4. The Joint Committee deliberated.

5. The Joint Committee adjourned at 1.40 p.m. to a date to be fixed by the Chairman.
