1. The Special Committee met at 7.5 p.m.

2. Present: Senators Joseph Connolly, J. C. Dowdall, Henry S. Guinness, John T. O’Farrell and Bernard O’Rourke.

3. Senator O’Farrell moved:

“That Senator J. C. Dowdall be Chairman of the Special Committee.”
