1. The Committee met at 2.35 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:-

Deputies Séamus Pattison (in the Chair), Theresa Ahearn, Paul Bradford, Joe Costello, Mary Flaherty, Chris Flood, Tom Foxe, Máire Geoghegan-Quinn, Seán Kenny, Kathleen Lynch, Tom Moffat and Michael J. Woods.

3. Private Session.

Ordered: That the Committee now sit in private.

The Committee sat in private accordingly.

The Committee went out of private session.

4. Taking of Evidence.

The Committee took oral evidence from the Voluntary Health Insurance Board in relation to health insurance policy.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 4.50 p.m. sine die.
