Report by the Comptroller and Auditor General on the Value for Money Examination of the LEADER Programme
Dear Ms. O’Rourke
With reference to the discussion in the Committee on 26 May 1995 on the above Report, I have been asked by the Secretary, Mr Michael Dowling to enclose the extract from the Operational Programme for LEADER II in Ireland indicating the type of targets and output indicators which approved groups will be required to set for themselves at the outset of the programme. It is intended to publish the Operational Programme as quickly as possible and copies of the full document will be forwarded to the Committee when it becomes available.
