1. The Committee met at 4.00 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following Members were present:-

Senator Tom Fitzgerald (in the Chair), Deputies Liam Fitzgerald, Denis McGinley, Máirín Quill, Senator Tom McEllistrim (present on behalf of Senator Nicholas O’Connor).

3. Consideration of Draft Report.

The Committee resumed consideration of the Draft Report.

(i) Paragraphs 4.11.1 to 5.2.2, inclusive, agreed to.

(ii) The Draft Report agreed to.

Ordered: To report to the Dáil and to the Seanad accordingly.

4. Conclusion of Business.

The Committee concluded its business at 4.30 p.m.
