LETTER TO CLERK TO JOINT COMMITTEE FROM BRITISH AIRWAYS

Thank you for your letter of 18 May reference your Committee examining specified State-Sponsored Bodies and in particular seeking our views on Aer Rianta Teoranta.

Basically British Airways accept that the general standards of service with regard to all facets of the airports at Dublin, Cork and Shannon are acceptable, meeting our requirements and that our dealings with Aer Rianta in all departments have always been cordial and meaningful.
