2. Members Present

The following members were present:—

Deputy O’Toole (in the Chair), Deputies V. Brady, V. de Valera, Kerrigan, Morley, C. Murphy and Woods.

3. The Committee deliberated.

4. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1975

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the period 1 January 1975 to 31 December 1975 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—

Houses of the Oireachtas, Valuation and Ordnance Survey, Rates on Government Property, Public Works and Buildings, Office of the Revenue Commissioners.

5. Witnesses Examined

Mr. M. J. Healy (Clerk of the Dáil), Mr. D. F. Ryan (Commissioner of Valuation), Mr. S. S. Mac Cárthaigh (Chairman, Commissioners of Public Works), Mr. J. F. Richardson (Chairman, Revenue Commissioners) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

6. Adjournment

The Committee adjourned at 12.50 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
