1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present

The following members were present:—

Deputy de Valera (in the Chair), Deputies Crotty, H. Gibbons, Griffin, Toal and Tunney.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts 1974

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the period 1 April 1974 to 31 December 1974 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Law Charges, Public Works and Buildings, Lands, Forestry.

4. Witnesses Examined

Mr. D. Quigley (Senior Legal Assistant, Office of the Attorney General), Mr. C. Farrell (Chairman, Commissioners of Public Works), Mr. T. O’Brien (Secretary, Department of Lands) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment

The Committee adjourned at 12.50 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
