1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy de Valera (in the Chair), Deputies Barrett, Bermingham, Crotty, H. Gibbons, Governey, MacSharry, Pattison and Staunton.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1970-71.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1970-71 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Office of the Revenue Commissioners, Stationery Office and Labour.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. J. C. Duignan (Chairman, Revenue Commissioners), Mr. B. Ó Brolcháin (Controller, Stationery Office), Mr. T. Ó Cearbhaill (Secretary, Department of Labour) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 12.20 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
