Deputy de Valera (in the Chair), Deputies Bermingham, Crotty, MacSharry, Staunton and Tunney.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1970-71.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1970-71 was begun. The following Account was disposed of:—Transport and Power.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. D. Ó Riordáin (Secretary, Department of Transport and Power) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 12.30 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
