Following consideration of the twenty-seven statutes set out below it was:— (i) Resolved: That it is not necessary to draw the special attention of Seanad Éireann to the following statutes:— National University of Ireland. (iii) Ordered: That the National University of Ireland be requested to submit a memorandum explaining the present procedure for the hearing of petitions to disallow a statute by the Irish Universities Committee. (iv) Ordered: That the Department of Education be requested to submit a memorandum explaining the delays in laying certain statutes before Seanad Éireann. 5. Adjournment.
