1. The Committee met at 11.30 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Patrick Hogan (in the Chair), Deputies Barrett, R. Burke, Dowling, H. Gibbons, MacSharry and Tunney.

3. Mr. E. F. Suttle (Comptroller and Auditor General) was in attendance in an advisory capacity.

4. Ordered: that the Minister for Finance be requested to sanction expenditure on engagement of counsel to attend during cross-examination by Captain Kelly next week.*

5. Adjournment

The Committee adjourned at 1.30 p.m. until 3.30 p.m. on Wednesday next.
