ORDERS OF REFERENCE.

2nd December, 1969:—Resolved: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969, being a Bill entitled an Act to establish a body corporate to undertake and carry out the functions at present undertaken and carried out by the “Dublin Cemeteries Committee” and to enlarge and extend such functions.


4th December, 1969:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee to be appointed by Dáil Éireann to consider the Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969.


10th February, 1970:—Senators nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:— John Kelly, Eoin Ryan and W. A. W. Sheldon.


10th February, 1970:—Chairman appointed to the Joint Committee:— Deputy Vivion de Valera.

3 December, 1969:—Resolved: That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 2nd day of December, 1969, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969.


5th December, 1969:—Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee appointed by Seanad Éireann to consider the Dublin Cemeteries Committee Bill, 1969.


11th February, 1970:—Deputies nominated to serve on the Joint Committee:— Justin Keating, Michael O’Kennedy and Richie Ryan.


11th February, 1970:—Chairman appointed to the Joint Committee:— Deputy Vivion de Valera.
