GARDA TRAINING CENTRE TEMPLEMORE: ESTIMATES OF COST

During my examination on 5th December last, I was asked to supply a statement of the various revisions made in the estimate for the New Garda Training Centre at Templemore.

In March, 1961, following the preparation of plans and the invitation of tenders it was estimated that the cost of the work as initially contracted for would amount to approximately £426,000 inclusive of fees.

The estimate was revised subsequently by the Architect as follows:—

October, 1962	£562,000	inclusive	of	fees
January, 1964	£580,000	„	„	„
