1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Patrick Hogan (South Tipperary) (in the Chair), Deputies Patrick J. Burke, Crowley, Healy, Molloy and Treacy.

3. Consideration of Appropriation Accounts, 1966-67.

Consideration of Appropriation Accounts for the year 1966-67 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Agriculture, Fisheries, Lands and Forestry.

4. Witnesses Examined.

Mr. J. C. Nagle (Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Fisheries), Mr. T. O’Brien (Secretary, Department of Lands), Mr. L. O’Neill (Department of Finance) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 1.45 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Thursday next.
