THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Wednesday, 14th December, 1966.

1. The Committee met at 4.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Senator Sheldon (in the Chair), Senators Cole, McDonald, Malone, O’Kennedy and Sheehy-Skeffington.

3. Examination of Departmental Representatives.

(i) Miss M Bhreathnach and Mr. S. Healy, the representatives deputed by the Department of Finance to appear before the Committee consequent on the Order of 16th November, 1966, were examined in connection with the following instrument:—

Central Bank of Ireland. Amending Superannuation Scheme, 1966.

(ii) Messrs. J. Bradley and E. J. Sheehy, the representatives deputed by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries to appear before the Committee consequent on the the Order of 9th November, 1966, were examined in connection with the following instrument:—

Stem and Bulb Eelworm Order, 1966 [S.I. No. 2 of 1966].
