VALUATION AND ORDNANCE SURVEY: VALUE OF GOODS RECEIVED AND NOT PAID FOR IN SAME FINANCIAL YEAR.

When I appeared before your Committee on Thursday, 4th June, 1964, I undertook to let you have a note indicating (a) the amount of the expenditure out of Vote 21 (Valuation and Ordnance Survey), 1962-63, which refers to payment for goods received in the year 1961-62, and (b) the total value of the goods, intended to be purchased out of Vote 21, 1962-63, received up to the end of March, 1963, and which had not been paid for by that date.

The information is as follows:
