1. The Committee met at 4.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

Deputy Seán Flanagan (in the Chair), the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Justice, Deputies Booth, Briscoe, Seán Browne, John A. Costello, Lindsay, McGilligan, O’Donnell, Thomas F. O’Higgins and Wycherley.

3. Consideration of Bill.

The Committee resumed consideration of the Bill.

4. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 4.50 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 14th June.
