The following members were present:— Senator O’Brien (in the Chair), Senators Carter and Cole. 3. Consideration of Memoranda Following consideration of memoranda submitted by Departments in accordance with the Orders of 7th December, 1960 and 26th April, 1961, it was:— (i) Resolved: That it is not necessary to draw the special attention of Seanad Éireann to the following instruments:— Postal Order (Inland) Amendment (No 7) Regulations, 1960 [S.I. No. 50 of 1960]. Money Order Amendment (No. 16) Regulations, 1960 [S.I. No. 49 of 1960]. (ii) Resolved: That the special attention of Seanad Éireann be drawn to the following instrument on ground (iii) of the Order of Reference:— Docks (Safety, Health and Welfare) Regulations, 1960 [S.I. No. 279 of 1960]. (iii) Resolved: That the special attention of Seanad Éireann be drawn to the following instruments on ground (v) of the Order of Reference:— Bovine Tuberculosis (Clearance Area) (Special Controls) Order, 1960 [S.I. No. 178 of 1960]. Bovine Tuberculosis (Movement Control) Order, 1960 [S.I. No. 179 of 1960]. Bovine Tuberculosis (Control of Public Sales of Cattle) Order 1960 [S.I. No. 180 of 1960]. Bovine Tuberculosis (Clearance Area) (Limerick) Order, 1960 [S.I. No. 181 of 1960]. Land Bond Order, 1961 [S.I. No. 10 o 1961].
