Following consideration of memoranda submitted by Bord na gCon in accordance with the Order of 26th April, 1961, it was:—

Resolved: That the special attention of Seanad Éireann be drawn to the following instrument on ground (iii) of the Order of Reference:—

Greyhound Race Track (Racing) Regulations, 1960 [S.I. No. 64 of 1960]

4. Report of the Committee.

The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:—
