4. Draft Final Report of Joint Committee.

The Joint Committee resumed consideration of the Draft Final Report of the Committee.

(i) Paragraphs 73 to 76, inclusive, postponed.

(ii) Paragraphs 77 and 78 deleted.

(iii) Paragraph 79 postponed.

(iv) Paragraphs 80 and 81 deleted.

5. The Joint Committee deliberated.

6. Adjournment.

The Joint Committee adjourned at 5.50 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday next.
