REPAYMENT OF TRADE LOANS ADVANCES.

At the proceedings of the Committee on the 1st December, 1960, I undertook to furnish particulars on the following matter:—

Appointment of Receivers.

The Official Assignee is a Civil Servant and an officer of the Court. His functions relate solely to Bankruptcy and he could not undertake such work as Receiverships in connection with the repayment of trade loan advances.
