Following consideration of the memorandum submitted by the Department of Finance in accordance with the Order of 28th June, 1956, on the general question of dating of instruments it was:— Resolved: That the memorandum be incorporated in the Report of the Committee. 5. Report of Committee. The Chairman brought forward a Draft Report which was read as follows:— Paragraphs 1 to 12, inclusive, agreed to. Draft Report agreed to. Ordered: That the Report be presented to Seanad Éireann. 6. Adjournment. The Committee adjourned at 5.50 p.m. |
