IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 4.30 p.m.

2. Members Present.

The following members were present:—

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, Deputies Blaney, Carew, Donegan, Geoghegan, Hilliard, Kyne, Mrs. Lynch, T. Lynch and McGrath.

3. Election of Chairman.

Deputy T. Lynch moved;

“That Deputy Kyne be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy Kyne took the Chair accordingly.

4. Notice of Amendments.

Ordered: That notice of proposed amendments to the Bill be given not later than Tuesday, 11th January, 1955.

5. Adjournment.

The Committee adjourned at 4.55 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday, 27th January, 1955.
