APPENDIX V.CHARGE IN RESPECT OF SUPERANNUATION RIGHTS OF SECONDED OFFICER.An Rúnaí, Coiste na gCúntas Poiblí. On the 8th instant during consideration by the Committee of the Appropriation Account for External Affairs, 1951-52, I undertook to furnish a note regarding the question of charging for superannuation liability in the case of a seconded officer. In this case, in accordance with standard practice in connexion with officers seconded to outside bodies, a sum of £76 15s. 10d., representing 15 per cent. of salary, was recovered in respect of superannuation liability from Córas Tráchtála Teo., and was brought to credit as an Exchequer Extra Receipt through the Vote for Superannuation and Retired Allowances, 1951-52.
