ORDERS OF REFERENCE

12th March, 1952:—Resolved: That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Royal Hospital for Incurables Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Charters under which the Governors and Guardians of the Royal Hospital for Incurables Dublin are incorporated so as to enable the said Governors to receive and charge remuneration and fees for the maintenance of patients in the said Hospital.


Ordered: That a Message be sent to the Dáil accordingly.


19th March, 1952:—Message from the Dáil:—


“Dáil Éireann has passed the following Resolution:—That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil on the 12th day of March, 1952, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Royal Hospital for Incurables, Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952.”


Ordered: That a Select Committee be appointed to be joined with a Select Committee to be appointed by the Dáil to consider the Royal Hospital for Incurables Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952.


Ordered: That a Message be sent to the Dáil acquainting it accordingly.

13th March, 1952:—Message from the Seanad:—Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution, in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—


“That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Royal Hospital for Incurables Dublin (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1952, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Charters under which the Governors and Guardians of the Royal Hospital for Incurables Dublin are incorporated so as to enable the said Governors to receive and charge remuneration and fees for the maintenance of patients in the said Hospital.
