APPENDIX XVII.

COVENANT AGAINST USE FOR MILITARY PURPOSES OF PREMISES ACQUIRED FOR AN FÓRSA COSANTA ÁITIÚIL

The agent for the landlord has, as a result of further discussion, given permission for the use of the grounds for camping purposes by An Fórsa Cosanta Áitiúil, on the understanding that the military authorities will not allow any cause for complaint to result from such use, and that the concession will not be abused. Payment of the £25 per annum penal rent referred to in the lease will not be sought. It is understood that this permission will not be withdrawn so long as the conditions attaching to it are observed by the Military Authorities.
