IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.Déardaoin, 17ú Samhain, 1949.Thursday, 17th November, 1949.1. The Committee met at 11 a.m. 2. Present: Deputy Derrig (in the Chair), Deputies Mrs. Crowley, Gilbride, M. O’Sullivan, Pattison and Sheldon. 3. Consideration of the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1947-48 was resumed. The following Accounts were disposed of:—Office of the Revenue Commissioners, Stationery and Printing, Valuation and Boundary Survey, Ordnance Survey and Office of Public Works. The following Account was considered and adjourned:—Public Works and Buildings. 4. Mr. R. P. Rice (Chairman, Revenue Commissioners), S. B. O Faoilleacháin (Controller, Stationery Office), Mr. C. C. McElligott (Commissioner of Valuation), Mr. J. Connolly (Chairman, Commissioners of Public Works), Mr. C. S. Almond, Mr. J. Mooney, Mr. M. Breathnach (Department of Finance), and the Comptroller and Auditor-General, were examined. 5. The Committee adjourned at 12.45 p.m. till Thursday, 24th November, 1949. |
