PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 12 noon.

2. Present: Senator Fitzsimons (Chairman); Senators D. Burke, Hawkins, Hearne, Loughman, McCartan, McCrea, S. O’Farrell and Richards Orpen.

3. The Committee took the Bill into consideration.
