2. Present: Ceann Comhairle (Chairman); Minister for Agriculture, Minister for Local Government and Public Health, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health; Deputies Cogan, Coogan and Everett; Senators Duffy, Hayes, Hearne and Kingsmill Moore.

3. The Joint Committee deliberated.
