Present: Ceann Comhairle (Chairman); Minister for Agriculture, Minister for Local Government and Public Health, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Deputy Childers); Deputies Bartley, B. Brady, Cogan, Coogan, Dillon, McCann, D. Morrissey and Norton; and Senators Counihan Hayes, Hearne, Kingsmill Moore and O’Dea.
