REPORT OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON THE DANIEL McGRATH FOUNDATION BILL, 1944.1. The Joint Committee was constituted as follows: Deputy Eamonn O’Neill, Leas-Cheann Comhairle, Chairman, Deputies P.J. Halliden, D. McMenamin and Seán S. O’Connor; Senators L.J. Duffy, W. Magennis and G. Sweetman. 2. The Joint Committee considered the Bill on Thursday, 15th February, 1945. 3. The Joint Committee report that they have examined the Preamble of the Bill and that the allegations therein contained have been proved to their satisfaction, that they have gone through the Bill and have made amendments thereunto and have amended the Title as follows:— BILL ENTITLED AN ACT TO CLOSE DETERMINE AND EXTINGUISH A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY AFFECTING THAT PART OF THE LANDS OF DUNLECKNY SITUATE AT MUINEBEAG IN THE COUNTY OF CARLOW INTENDED TO BE KNOWN AS THE McGRATH MEMORIAL SPORTS FIELD.
