THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Déardaoin, 26ú Aibreán, 1945.

Thursday, 26th April, 1945.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies B. Brady, Breslin, Cogan, Cosgrave, M. E. Dockrell, Gorry, Loughman, Lydon and Pattison.

3. Consideration of the Appropriation Accounts for the year 1942-43 was resumed. The following Account was disposed of:—Agricultural Produce Subsidies.

4. D. Twomey (Secretary, Department of Agriculture) Mr. O. J. Redmond (Department of Finance) and the Comptroller and Auditor General were examined.

5. The Chairman brought forward a Draft Final Report, which was read the first and second time and passed.

Ordered: to report accordingly.

6. The Committee completed its business at 11.45 a.m.
