THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Allen, B. Brady, Briscoe, Cogan, L. Cosgrave, M. E. Dockrell, Harris and O’Sullivan.

3. Motion made (Deputy Harris):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Report be read a second time, praagraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 17 inclusive, agreed to.

4. Motion made (Deputy O’Sullivan):

“That the Chairman’s Draft Report be the Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.
