PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. The Committee met at 3.30 p.m.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Benson, Brian Brady, Cormac Breathnach, Hogan, and Hughes.

3. Motion made (Deputy Cormac Breathnach):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 17 inclusive, agreed to.

4. Motion made (Deputy Benson):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be the Final Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.

5. The Committee concluded its business at 4 p.m.
