THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

2. Present: Deputy Dillon (in the Chair), Deputies Doyle, Hughes, D. O’Briain, O’Loghlen, and O’Rourke.

3. Motion made (Deputy O’Loghlen):

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.”

Question put and agreed to.

Paragraphs 1 to 28, inclusive, agreed to.

4. Motion made (Deputy O’Rourke):—

“That the Chairman’s Draft Final Report be the Final Report of the Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Ordered: That the Report be presented to the Dáil.
